Key responsibilities

  • Always put the customer first by leading a stockroom the drives customers to return to shop in your store by exceeding their expectations
  • Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer.
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Partner with retail management and visual merchandising to drive a culture of continuous improvement looking for opportunities to improve stockroom efficiency, refill, merchandise and stock schedule recommendations
  • Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering.
  • Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.
Attributes you possess

  • A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG Values
  • Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
  • Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
