About this Position
This role is responsible for providing consumer research and data insights from the Research and Insights research program, which covers quantitative and qualitative consumer market research projects, and tracking of key industry health metrics.

The role
- Support the Research & Insights Team by assisting in the coordination, implementation and running of consumer research projects as required.
- Coordinate the updating, enhancement, and dissemination of primary and secondary data sources for reporting, including to internal dashboarding systems and reports.
- Undertake ad hoc analysis of consumer research and statistics as required.
- Provide insightful research advice and expertise across the business including presenting research information to the business.
About you
- Demonstrated research skills, including market research methods and report writing.
- Sound quantitative, data interpretation skills with ability to critically examine key issues and implications of research findings.
- Technical skills including demonstrated capacity to use crosstabulation analytical software (E.g., SPSS, Q) and Microsoft Excel. Experience in ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Experience or knowledge in the use of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and data visualisation)
- Welldeveloped communication, public presentation, and interpersonal skills, together with a clientfocussed approach to service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
