- Establish and nurture relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
- Oversee timely delivery of project services meeting all client expectations
- Supervise services engineering, procurement, and construction activities while implementing appropriate construction approaches
- Utilize professional judgment to address engineering challenges such as construction methods and design
- Monitor progress against plans and contractual obligations to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost estimates
- Manage financial aspects including contract, commercial, and risk management to maximize project profitability
- Ensure compliance with legal, pre-contract, and commercial requirements, including relevant Building Codes
- Engage stakeholders proactively, fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, the community, and external parties
- Demonstrated track record in delivering technology and building services in major construction projects
- Proven experience in engineering and technical management roles, preferably with a top-tier building contractor
- Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in managing commercial relationships, budgets, and cost control

About the Position
We are currently seeking experienced Services Managers to be a part of our Princess Alexandra Hospital Expansion project in Brisbane.
The main objective of this role is to provide leadership, support, and guidance in building services management to ensure successful project outcomes.
The focus is on effective planning, organization, and delivery of services through the adoption of suitable construction methods and resource allocation to guarantee project completion within set budgets and timelines. In some instances, project intervention and claims support may be necessary to ensure satisfactory project finalization.
