About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are intoFoster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
About the school
Banksia Park OSHClub is looking for a Coordinator to lead their team of educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old.
Banksia Park has room to grow, licensed up to 80 children, reaching 15-20 children in ''Rise then Shine'' and 25-30 in ''Stay then Play''.
As Coordinator, you are required to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 9:00 AM (BSC) and 3:00 - 6:00 PM (ASC) totaling to 31.50 hours per week (including 4 hours admin)You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
Australian work rights
Desirable:
Hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing
