ABOUT THE COMPANY

An Australian-owned end-to-end logistics provider, our client strongly focuses on freight forwarding operations delivering over and above customer service solutions to a valued portfolio of accounts.


ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES

  • Ensure all orders are handled from the order through to delivery at the destination port
  • Work with internal and external suppliers to build strong relationships
  • Full Customer Service provision for all orders
  • Ensure full costing and invoicing are accurate for each file
  • Client visits with the commercial team to build strong relationships

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 23 years experience in Export Seafreight (air also an advantage) operations
  • Previous exposure in a handson export role in freight forwarding
  • Exposure to working closely with key clients
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships
  • Desire to assist and crosstrain in imports and cartage operations
