About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and operationally savvy professional to join the ICC Sydney Security team who is passionate about leading a team in the role of
Security Supervisor with a primary focus on
Event Security.

As a Security Supervisor, you will help plan Security resources and lead a security team on shift, coordinating the day-to-day delivery of security services for ICC Sydney.

Taking ownership of the security service on shift, you will lead the provision of event related security services, control room, patrols, inspections, and first aid response; as well as emergency and incident management.

The role would suit a Security professional looking for that next step in Security Operations. You will enjoy a work pace, and focus, that changes from shift to shift. You are naturally a composed and pragmatic person, with the capability to remain calm under pressure.

As a natural communicator and a logical thinker, you will be able to put process and procedure into operational action and tangible results.

Required Skills & Experience:

24 years' leadership experience in security will be desireable

NSW Security Licence 1A:

First Aid Certificate and Advanced CPR:

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
