Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their small yet high performing team in the civil construction space.

Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded.


The role

  • Provide guidance and collaborate with the team to align with company direction in the recruitment space, setting targets and strategies to achieve them.
  • Use varied recruitment tools to attract both blue
- and white-collar personnel.

  • Generate intentional job design to align role descriptions with position requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including panel interviews and assessments.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Prepare onboarding and employment offers.
  • Other additional HR duties as required including but not limited to general HR reporting, onboarding, offboarding.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in related field necessary.
  • Both bluecollar and whitecollar recruitment experience.
  • At least two years internal recruitment experience in a civil construction/mining services/mining/manufacturing industry.
  • Problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
