Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their small yet high performing team in the civil construction space.
Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded.The role
- Provide guidance and collaborate with the team to align with company direction in the recruitment space, setting targets and strategies to achieve them.
- Use varied recruitment tools to attract both blue
- Generate intentional job design to align role descriptions with position requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including panel interviews and assessments.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Prepare onboarding and employment offers.
- Other additional HR duties as required including but not limited to general HR reporting, onboarding, offboarding.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in related field necessary.
- Both bluecollar and whitecollar recruitment experience.
- At least two years internal recruitment experience in a civil construction/mining services/mining/manufacturing industry.
- Problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
