What will you be doing in this role:
- Preparing daily work schedules, organising keys, access to properties
- Manage renovations, repairs and trade quotes
- Follow up tenants to coordinate maintenance requests
- Manage smoke alarm, pool and property compliance requirements
- Run reports from CRM and prepare client communication
- NCAT preparation
- Attend weekly team meetings and training
- Nurture client relationships
- Liaison with council, strata, insurers, trades and selling agents
- Collaboration with the leasing and new business team
- Become the go to person for all software and tech platforms
- Assist with recruitment, team events and the running of the office
- A passion for customer service and real estate
- Previous EA or Team Administrator experience
- Confident with diary and schedule management
- The ability to work collaboratively and a part of a team
- A valid drivers' licence and reliable car
- Willing to roll your sleeves up and help across the entire business
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy and passionate about using tech to work smarter
- A love for relationship building and getting things done
- The ability to handle confidential information
