As a strategic leader, you will manage a dedicated digital product team, optimizing, maintaining, and upgrading our public-facing digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review organisation's digital roadmap and product backlog, translating business strategies into actionable plans.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and escalate issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement policies and procedures that align with university regulations, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Maximize customer experience by managing dependencies, tracking progress, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increasing traffic, conversions, and user satisfaction.
- Lead a team of digital producers and analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, to drive commitment and explore new technology opportunitie
Skills & Experience Required
- Equivalent postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience in the field.
- Significant experience in managing and implementing digital improvement programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Extensive experience in digital product management, prioritization, and delivering highquality services within tight deadlines.
- Proven track record in optimizing digital user experience while aligning with business priorities.
- Strong knowledge of current technology landscape, user experience principles, and agile practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in delivering institutional support services and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in coaching and upskilling teams, particularly in digital product management and user experience.
- Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative approach, along with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative.
