About the role

Main tasks:
You will act as the primary contact for potential residents and their loved ones. You will share your knowledge and compassion to show the benefits of the home you represent. Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow your network of referrers.


Other tasks:

Positively engage with all contacts you encounter on a day-to-day basis

Manage referrers, community engagement, and other contacts both internally and externally
-
Collaborate with your team to develop strategies to attract potential residents
-
Achieve admission and occupancy goals by providing the best solution to those in need of respite or permanent care
-
Research, analyse, and then report on trends and legislation updates that will affect the business

  • Several years in a similar referrer & relationship focused role in aged care
  • Success in previous customer experiencefocused roles
  • Demonstrable success in achieving highoccupancy targets
  • An Australian driver's licence and your own vehicle

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Held a similar position with a competitor business
  • Demonstrable success in achieving & exceeding highoccupancy goals in other homes
  • A network of contacts to assist your referral process & community engagement
