This role is being offered as a Job Share arrangement as a Fixed Term Contract, Part time for 2 to 3 days per week.

What you'll
do:

Drive the implementation of strategies, plans and priorities to embed the Risk Management Framework and methodology across the company.
Develop, implement and maintain the Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Statements in line with ISO3100 and better practice guides.
Facilitate the maintenance, approval and monitoring of the Corporate Risk Management Plan and the identification and reporting of emerging risks.
Prepare and present reports on risk management performance for the ELT, the Board Audit & Risk Committee and the full Board.
Develop and implement business wide communications strategy for positive risk culture in line with the Risk Management Framework.

What we are looking for:

Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
Knowledge of the legislative, regulatory and policy framework affecting the financial management, compliance obligations, and reporting requirements of State-Owned Corporations.
Proven experience in developing, implementing and maintaining organisationalwide risk management framework and programs
Experience in implementing significant change initiatives in respect of risk management and business continuity
Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary, change based teams, with focus on risk management related initiatives
Ability in providing direction and guidance and managing the overall team performance.
Working knowledge of ISO31000
