About Us:

This role is responsible for:
- Providing a trauma informed intake and assessment of clients presenting situation
- Referral to appropriate specialist homelessness service providers and other external agencies
- Acting as an advocate when necessary to support our clients.
- Assisting clients in successfully engaging with essential services.
- Facilitating access to crisis shelter accommodations.
About You:
- You will have demonstrated experience in Community Services Sector as well as:_
- Diploma level qualifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in data entry, computer skills, and effective time management.
- Knowledge of the Homelessness sector, Domestic Violence awareness and an understanding of Youth culture
