The Safety, Health and Wellbeing team are responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, children and all stakeholders with Goodstart.


We're seeking a highly motivated Kindy Uplift Project Coordinator who is focused on contributing to Goodstart's vision of all children getting a great start in life.

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of the Kindy Uplift Pilot Project in Goodstart centres in Queensland.


Goodstart's Pedagogy and Practice Team and State based teams are key contributors that enable our organisation to achieve its goals and objectives for high quality early learning and the Kindy Uplift Project Coordinator is a key member of this team.


Your Impact:


Project management - develop and maintain information, trainings, documentation and resources to support the planning and implementation of the projects and budgets.

Provide effective leadership and facilitation of projects within agreed budget and timeframes.

Ensure all terms of the Agreement are met and adhere to all procedures to ensure the project is managed efficiently, effectively and within all legislative and agreed requirements.

Stakeholder management and updates with regards to progress on projects.
Attend and contribute to the Kindy Uplift Consultative Committee meetings.

Liaise with centres, advisors and representatives of other pilot participant organisations to maximise outcomes for children and achieve agreed project deliverables.

Possess strong communication skills to ensure understanding of "audience requirements".
Demonstrate sound judgement when making complex decisions through utilisation of technical knowledge and expertise.

Solve problems and makes decisions within area of speciality on behalf of the company based on company policies and procedures and legislation.

Action changes required to workplace environment to ensure compliance to the company's health and safety requirements.

You'll bring to the table:

Hold a relevant recognised tertiary qualification.
Experience in early childhood/ project leadership/ funding acquittal desirable
