About the role

Duties

  • Manage the daytoday operations of a nationalscale allied health business, focusing on data driven performance, while working collaboratively with peers, to ensure high quality multidisciplinary practices are maintained for participants receiving services.
  • Ensure performance across the team to budget and manage a P&L with the leadership team to achieve the vision and goals of the business.
  • Manage a team of leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery.
  • Promote and enhance the organisational culture.
  • Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs.

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years management experience, specifically in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation.
  • 5+ years management experience across a large professional team, either specific to your allied health discipline or with a multidisciplinary makeup.
  • Minimum Behaviour Support Practitioner Proficient registration with PRODA.
  • Willingness to be hands on, working in systems and with people directly to achieve outcomes.
  • Passion for making a difference.
  • Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with/ knowledge of the NDIS and the operations of an allied health service within the NDIS.
