Workshop Service Technician - NSW
Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry.

We are looking for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our team in our Wetherill Park Workshop. In this role, you will be confident working autonomously and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

As the Workshop Service Technician, you will provide a high level of customer service by performing end-to-end servicing and repairs including, the detection, diagnosing and troubleshooting of faults and identification of solutions to meet out customers needs.

You will also work on proactive service requests and pre deliveries of Mini Loader packages.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience including strong a mechanical aptitude
Strong ability to fault find and problem solve issues
Current forklift licence and a manual driver licence
Background in hydraulics and small engines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments and mini loaders, along with an understanding of hydraulics would be an advantageous, however on the job training will be provided.
