Assistant General Manager

across two Aged Care residences in Shepparton.

As a nurturing and avid leader; you will lead and coordinate the Aged Care facility and the team to accomplish its care, safety, financial and operational objectives by providing a strong and highly experienced support structure.

Facility located in Shepparton, Regional Victoria

Your duties will include:

Responsible for conducting the Leadership Team meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
Seek and develop innovative and continual improvement plans
Clinical Care Managers, Operational Managers and the Facility Manager will all report to you
Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility
Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development
Report to the Regional Manager

Requirements/Skills

Current AHPRA registration
Full Australian Working Rights
Minimum 4 years experience in management roles within Aged Care
Registered Nursing qualification
