We are seeking a passionate and driven Consumer Products Coordinator to join our team, working to provide executional and administrative support in our Consumer Products Portfolio

This is a full-time role on an initial fixed term agreement until December 2023.

As a Consumer Products Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Contract management such as inputting contract terms into the relevant system, working with licensees to acquire support documentations, and cross checking contract deal terms
Downloading assets from the image library, managing ongoing updates, and creative style guide management
Franchise Events work with the Consumer Products team, marketing and licensees to collate information for event including range, samples and images
Assisting on Presentations with the Consumer Products team and licensees to collate information including range, images and another information required
Monitoring and analysing competitor activity to identify market and growth opportunities
Tertiary qualified in either marketing, business management, economics, or other business related discipline
Between 1 2 years office experience preferred.
The ability to move quickly to market, and a highly responsive approach
Demonstrate accountability to your team, your numbers and your plans
A high level of passion, energy, and enthusiasm
