QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
A QA Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative and support to the corporate and project delivery team.
The QA Administrator will ensures relevant registers are completed accurately and purchasing process is adhered to.Position Responsibilities
- Support HSEQT manager by scanning and filing relevant documentation
- Champion our HSE software
- People Tray
- Support HSEQT Manager with training booking requirements
- Prepare reports by collating information from all sources
- Create and maintain files. Updating and maintaining relevant registers
- General Admin duties including Filing, scanning, record keeping and meeting minutes
- Document Control
Essential Skills and Experience
- C Class drivers licence
- Previous admin experience, preferably sitebased project related
- Excellent attention to detail and import data efficiently
- A Positive work ethic and a team player
