Operate and Maintain

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional
Loader Operator to join our mobile project team at
Rye Park Windfarm situated at Rye Park, just north of Yass.

We are looking for an experienced operator, who is safety focused, reliable and has a strong work ethic. Flexibility is a must as whilst your role will predominately be a loader operator, you will be required at times to provide relief fill in for our Batchers

This role is a full time, 6 month fixed term contract, with overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

In your new role with us, you will:

Carry out day to day operation and maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
Operate Loader to load road trucks using load rite scales
Perform general labour activities

Relief Batching:

Manage batching and loading for delivery to our valued customers.
Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency.
Engage with customers and respond to enquiries.
Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

Have a current Loader ticket (essential to be considering for this role)

Have a mechanical mindset, with high attention to detail in work output
Are a team player and hold a high regard for safety policies and procedures
Enjoy contributing to a productive team environment to achieve results
Confident and capability with computers
Previous concrete batching experience of willingness to learn.
