About the Position
Cockburn Community Care is a well-established and highly respected Commonwealth Home Support Program, NDIS, and Home Care Package provider. The organisation is offering a great opportunity for a well organised, client focused Receptionist/Administration Officer. This position will be Full time three (3) year Fixed term and is based at Cockburn Care, Hamilton Hill.

The position requires excellent customer service skills.

Reception duties offer the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of clients and carers, including:
people living with dementia, people with intellectual disabilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and frail aged people.


This busy yet satisfying role will involve (not limited to); entering information communicated by clients and staff into a database, scheduling of transport services, rescheduling of community services, cash handling and receipting, purchasing and filing.


About You
We are excited to meet our new receptionist who has:

  • Experience within an office environment (within a receptionist or administration role) and/or Certificate in Business Administration.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Publisher).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High levels of interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and genuine care for team members, clients and carers.
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • Commitment to a delivering an outstanding service and customer experience.

Salary:
$68,212 - $72,878 pro rata per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
