Who we're looking for
This role has a few facets to it, so we are specifically seeking someone who multi tasks well.

You will be managing the front desk and will be the first point of contact for all questions and enquiries.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills and hold yourself in a professional and friendly manner.

You will also support our Trust Accountant and the Property Management department with general admin and file management.


This role will suit someone with a strong attention to detail as you will be entering in invoices, adding insurances, assisting with auditing portfolios and preparing files for takeover managements.

We are looking for someone with a positive can do attitude, looking to grow there career. This role is Monday to Friday only, and located on the vibrant Gertrude Street, Fitzroy


What you'll need

  • Previous reception/accounts experience preferable
  • Professional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A great attitude towards working within a busy team
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage your time effectively
