  • The Medical Imaging department at Royal Melbourne Hospital is committed to delivering excellent service to our patients and referrers. We are a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic imaging service providing care to patients at RMH Parkville, RMH Royal Park and RMH Private Imaging.

Your new role:


  • Greeting and registering patients, including scheduling appointments and managing patient accounts.
  • Managing phone and inperson enquiries.
  • Working collaboratively with the administrative team, managers, clinical and medical staff.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.

About you:


  • You have experience working in fast paced medical reception environments (medical imaging administration experience desirable).
  • You are available to work rotating early and late shifts on weekdays and weekends.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • You have strong IT skills and MS office experience.
  • You collaborate effectively with a dynamic team and can work independently when required.
  • You are proactive and have problem solving skills.
