    Your opportunity at Bendigo Bank awaits!

    Join as the Support Officer, reporting to the Team Manager – Settlements. You will be responsible for processing finance settlements accurately with various stakeholders, such as solicitors, financial institutions, and agents. Additionally, you'll assist in funding Third-Party Banking loans, setting up customer loan accounts, and overseeing direct debits. Your role involves ensuring certifications are in order and monitoring timely settlements.

    As the Support Officer, collaborate with the team to streamline processes, enhance service quality, and reduce costs. Gain stakeholder buy-in and implement changes through the established process.

    To excel in this role, you should possess:

    • Knowledge of loan securities, property legislation, and stamp duty practices.
    • Experience in loan processing or similar fields.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Proactive attitude towards delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
    • Effective teamwork and autonomy.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Familiarity with Consumer Credit and Banking Code of Practice.
    • Proficiency in loan securities and positive communication.
    • Skills in prioritization and workflow management.

    Enjoy flexible work arrangements and spend two days at the local Head Office weekly.

    This is a full-time, permanent position located at either Adelaide or Ipswich Head Office.
