About the role


As an administration officer off the Central Adelaide Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), you will provide specialised administration support to the senior manager, assessors and Clinical Flow Coordinators (CFC) who make up Central Adelaide ACAT.


The administration officer requires high-level computer skills and technical proficiency in the My Aged Care system, National Screening and Assessment Form (NSAF)/Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT), and Microsoft Office suite.

The officer will assist with end-of-month reporting and be proficient in minute-taking and developing minutes, agendas, and calendars.


The administration officer provides high-level customer service and a high level of attention to detail to ensure high-quality data entry.

The administration officer works within the Aged Care Assessment Programme (ACAP) guidelines, _Aged Care Act 1997_ and is able to meet agreed benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which align with programme funding.

Essential Requirements:


  • Completion of My Aged Care Learning (MAClearning) Administration certificate
  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC) less than 12 months old
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
