We are a leading Insurance Services provider based in Brisbane, Australia. Since 2009, we have been servicing 21 renowned Insurance brands across Australia.
About the position
The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Professional Services team and Supply Chain as they provide Property Claim services to clients. You will be responsible for setting goals, enforcing guidelines, and boosting performance. Additionally, you will ensure that all stakeholders grasp the company's value proposition, collaborating towards its achievement. The role includes guaranteeing that our Supply Chain adheres to their contractual and regulatory duties.
You should have a background in Property Insurance Claims and a strong interest in leading teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Coaching and guiding the team for optimal performance
- Managing KPIs and compliance (personal, team, and Supply Chain)
- Conducting quality checks to improve the customer journey
- Holding regular meetings with the team and Supply Chain for success
- Engaging consistently with clients to foster relationships and services
