$33.38ph - $37.59ph

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required.

You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You'll achieve this by:

Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Our centre offers care for children from the age of six weeks up until five years as we celebrate, honour and welcome children, families and educators from a diverse range of nationalities.

Throughout nurturing and responsive relationships, educators create opportunities and moments for children to feel respected, valued and develop confidence.

At Goodstart Rockingham we encourage healthy eating and our menus, based on a whole food approach to nutrition, offer a variety of meals that are sweetened by honey or maple syrup, have no added salt, and are flavoured by a wide range of herbs and spices.
