About the rolePermanent part time, 38 hours per fortnight, opportunity to provide confidential, efficient, and effective client focused administrative support to clinical and non-clinical services within the Surgical Service Line.
About you- Provide confidential secretarial support including producing high quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required by the Directors.
- Prepare and submit HR / payroll forms for processing, coordination of correspondence, recordkeeping, data management.
- Plot and submit rosters on a monthly basis including monitoring leave planner.
- Assist with arranging training, functions and hospitality arrangements.
- Prioritise and respond to enquiries as appropriate.
