The Data Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:
Analyse self-service data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and increase customer awareness of our digital content
Determine and communicate the financial and non-financial benefits of self-service to stakeholders
Support the achievement of ANZ Digital Self Service Scorecard Targets by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Utilise data science capabilities to analyze customer behavior, inform strategy, and improve the self-service journey

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Ability to identify, describe, quantify and prioritise opportunities, build business cases and influence stakeholders, and work with squad members to deliver outcomes
Experience combining disparate data from multiple sources to create a complete understanding of a problem or opportunity
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL
Commercial and financial acumen - understand and articulate business drivers and levers
Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer journey optimization

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
