Skills & Experience

  • Previous Supermarket Management experience desired
  • Proven retail Management experience
  • The ability to train and develop staff
  • Full P&L and KPI accountability
  • Control department costs such as wastage, wages, and other operational costs
  • Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
  • Food safety standards
