Responsibilities:

Act as the main liaison between brokers and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Assist brokers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of trading platforms and tools for our clients.
Conduct research and analysis to support our brokers in making informed decisions and resolving client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall broker experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to brokers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploa in finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in brokerage operations, client services, or a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
Understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and brokerage platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customercentric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and problemsolving skills.
