Social Performance Graduate Consultant - Perth

ERM is seeking motivated Graduate Consultant to join our Social Performance team in Perth.

You will be part of a dynamic technical team responsible for consulting on Social Performance and Sustainability matters, while networking with ERM's global Social Performance Technical Community to share best practices across the industry.

Some key attributes for success:

  • A recognised Bachelor degree in social science or related discipline; professional registration would be an asset.
  • Recent graduate to 2 years of experience or looking for a career change.
  • Experience working as part of an integrated team to develop social impact assessments, human rights impact assessment, labour audits, or other related scopes of work would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.
