Delivery Lead - NSW Government Department

Start Date:

ASAP

End Date: 12 month contract


Pay:
$1100 + Sup per day

Hours:8hr/day 40hr/week


Location:105 Phillip Street, Parramatta/WFH

The Lead, Service Delivery is responsible for delivering initiatives relating to user experience of digital services to optimise digital services experience & operational performance, transform service delivery & improve user satisfaction


Key Accountabilities

  • Work with stakeholders to generate actionable and defined business requirements that meet user needs to optimise services, transform service delivery & improve user satisfaction.
  • Identify, design and develop digital solutions across support services to drive better service experiences & optimised service delivery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations with regards to digital solutions to other teams within corporate services to inform service improvement & redesign initiatives.
  • Lead digital initiatives & projects (development of webforms, workflow tools and UI/UX solutions) to optimise the user journey and service delivery across services & channels.
  • Work with others areas of Support Services to uplift digital and workflow capabilities within the Department, enabling better decision making & improved service experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the unit including reviewing and maintaining work processes and procedures and recommending opportunities for efficiency and support knowledge management initiatives and team operational requirements

Requirements:


  • Experience in in a delivery role such as delivery lead or Project Manager on an Enterprise Service Management or ITSM platform implementation such as Remedy, ServiceNow or another similar tool.
  • Experience in multiple implementations highly desired.
  • Experience running one or multiple agile delivery squads as delivery lead
  • Experience in sprint planning and the use of Jira for task management
  • Experience in working with vendors who may be tasked with delivering some aspects of the work
