We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Administrator (Officer - Demand Programs) to join our dynamic team and support our Waterwise Program Manager in driving water efficiency initiatives in the non-residential sectors, ranging from Industrial, Commercial and Government entities.


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Waterwise Program Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day program administrations, maintaining excellent customer service, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing work instructions, monitoring leaks, engaging with customers, and ensuring compliance with water efficiency management plans.


What the role will offer:


  • Assist Program Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of waterwise initiatives and projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to program participants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Review and update work instructions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data, track program performance, and prepare reports.
  • Monitor leaks and water usage patterns, promptly reporting and addressing any irregularities or concerns to relevant customers.
  • Engage with customers to raise awareness about water conservation, provide guidance on leak detection and repair, and offer resources for improving water efficiency.
  • Support the Program Manager in reviewing and refining water efficiency management plans, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, workshops, and events related to the Waterwise Program.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to water conservation and sustainability.

Key skills and experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or program support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in inbox management, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to review and analyse work instructions and management plans.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Familiarity with water conservation principles, sustainability practices, and relevant regulations is desirable.
