Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team at the Australian Defence Force? Look no further Ventia's Defence Base Services team is currently hiring a reliable and meticulous Cleaner to join our team at the Swanbourne/ Karrakatta base.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference by delivering service excellence to our clients with every interaction.

You will have to be an Australian Citizen and possess outstanding communication skills, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.

Location:
Your work location is Campbell Barracks, Swanbourne.

However, due to Defence Clearance requirements, you will have to initially work at Irwin Barracks in Karrakatta from 6 months to 1 year.

Shift time:
Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00

Pay rate:
$30.09 per hour plus Super

As a Cleaner with Ventia's Defence Base Services team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that their facilities remain clean and safe.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

General cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, to maintain high standards of hygiene
Detail cleaning of both indoor and outdoor areas
Accommodation cleaning, including the making of beds and linen stock control

To be considered for the Cleaner position with Ventia's Defence Base Services team, you must meet the following requirements:

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Willing to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance Check
Ability to pass a medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
You should be physically capable of cleaning in a busy and sometimes noisy industrial environment
