The Customer Service Advisor role is an important part of our business, being the first point of contact for people seeking support across a wide range of services in aged care, disability, retirement and education.


About you


You'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to communicate effectively and compassionately with people from diverse backgrounds, have good computer skills (confident using MS office and CRM systems) and be able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality customer service.
