Our team is looking for a proven, results-oriented and entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager to deliver amazing Device customer experiences within our retail partner channel.

To succeed, you'll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves, wear several hats, show hustle, and work collaboratively across multiple teams.

You'll manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment, launching and measuring success of in-store retail marketing and training initiatives as you leverage your strong field representative team, agency and project management skills to bring in-store experiences to life for our Australian and New Zealand customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Execute Amazon marketing initiatives in retail channels (brick'n'mortar and digital), including project management internally, with agencies and with retail partners.
  • Work closely with sales and product management teams to execute their retail vision.
  • Lead and manage agency partners to ensure a highly educated and engaged field team.
  • Collate unique requirements for instore merchandising assets across key strategic partners and retail accounts, working with internal stakeholders and agency to deliver worldclass instore pointofsale and training experiences.
  • Work side by side with account management team to create accountspecific instore experience projects.
  • Develop, execute and iterate the Training & Learning roadmap across agency, distributor and retail partner channels.
  • In collaboration with the Channel Marketing Manager, use insights, analytics and business acumen to establish and communicate strong review and tracking mechanisms to continually trial, learn and implement learnings for optimal instore customer experience.
  • Manage all communication related to merchandising, instore execution and training with the account and all supporting contacts at the account.
  • Development and coaching the team of Territory Mangers to deliver best in class training and product advocacy
  • Management of Field Marketing Budget
  • Management of discretionary investments & product seeding within approved parameters to maximize sales, store staff engagement and brand equity
  • Timely communication of market intelligence, business reporting, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Develop commercial relationships with retail partners Area & State Managers
  • Identify and propose development and business growth opportunities.
