General Description of the Role
The role supports theTrade Activation team in execution of below-the-line (BTL) activities relating to the On Premise channel.


The focus is assisting with the optimal delivery of our Brand activations in venue by working closely with our State Trade Activation Managers, National On Premise and Field Teams.

In addition, the role will also have a focus on budget administration, agency interface, and POS management and procurement.


Mission/Objectives
To win at the point of sale by ensuring superior and unique shopper/consumer experience to boost brand building effectiveness


Ensuring Executional KPIs (including:
Share of Shelf/Displays, Speed/Quality of execution, positive customer feedback) are delivered in full and on time.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

Activation Excellence

  • Work collaboratively with the State Trade Activation Managers & National On Premise Account Team to ensure compiance to activation calendar objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Field Sales teams, supporting the development and implementation of BTL Activity in line with agreed activation calendars
  • Ensures POS is 100% Brand Guideline compliant and 100% fit for purpose, in sufficient quantities to achieve visibility objectives in all relevant channels and available on time in line with agreed dates.
  • Helping to coordinate post evaluations for each activation, measureing Return on investment on behalf of the On Premise Trade Activation Team

Communication

  • Maintaining regular updates to the National On Premise and State Trade Marketing teams as required for each campaign or business objective
  • Support Call Cycle content creation for BTL Activity ensuring it is delivered and ready for field teams on day 1 of each cycle
  • Champion the communication of execution standards

Administration

  • Helping to create Puchase Orders on behalf of the On Premise Trade Activation Team and be the resident expert in SAP
  • Processing of Supplier Invoices in a timely manner for improved P&L
  • Helping with the warehousing and distribution of POS items

State Trade Activation Managers, Category and Shopper Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Brand Managers, National Account Managers, State Brand Ambassadors


External:
Local Agencies, POS Logistics (Brandlink)


Experience Required

  • Experience in Category, Brand ,or Customer Management an advantage
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) essential
  • Demostated analytical ability and creative thinking essential
  • FMCG industry experience highly regarded

Analytical Skills - The ability to translate Industry, channel, customer, category and brand information into actionable insights for both the Marketing and Sales cross functions

Commercial Acumen - Demonstrating the ability to manage an expense budget is advantageous, providing regular updates and forecasts, as well as finding ways to reduce the "cost of doing business".

Communication Skills - The ability to create compeling internal and externeral presentations (written and verbal) to drive field team and customer compliance to Campari's executional standards.

Project Management - Ability to coordinate and manage a project timelines

Attention to Detail - Playing a supportive role to the National Trade Activation Managers, it is essential to demonstrate an attential to detail in every aspect of role. It is expected that there will be many competing priorities, and the ability to prioritise, and manage key stakeholders expectations is essential. Delivering tasks on time in full is critical to the success of the function in delivering on an ambitious activation calendar.
