As a Compliance and Regulation Manager, you will join their dynamic team, contribute to a culture of high ethical standards, and drive continuous improvement in services.
The Position:
In partnership with government, communities, and businesses, our client is dedicated to enhancing the safety and accessibility of the city while fostering connections between people and communities.
As the Compliance and Regulation Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated officers who provide essential services to the community.
This team comprises compliance and regulation professionals, including General Compliance Officers, Animal Compliance Officers, Illegal Dumping Officers, and Parking Officers.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the business forward through innovative solutions and ensuring the delivery of quality services to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including culture and communication strategies, leadership development, and team building.
- Provide active leadership and direction to develop a highperforming stakeholder and teamfocused culture.
- Champion organizational change and reform, supporting the organization's vision.
- Educate the community about the organization's statutory role in compliance and enforcement.
- Manage a large and dynamic budget.
