Coretalent are currently recruiting for a National concreting company specialising in: Remedial and concreting works across industrial and commercial projects.

Our client also specialises in concreting advisory within Rail Infrastructure.


As a Site Supervisor you are responsible for assessing potential site risks by conducting regular inspections, whilst maintaining and working in the guidelines of the site's Safety Programme.

This position works in conjunction with the Operations Manager and National Construction Manager, to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity are led in order to meet Project delivery.


SALARY PACKAGE:
$110,000 - $115,000 p/year + Car + Phone + Laptop + Super


To be suitable for this role you must be familiar with the following

  • Supervising multiple individuals
  • Have a good understanding of OHS requirements
  • Be able to set day to day tasks
  • Have an understanding behind duties including: Concrete Patching, Rendering and Remedial Crack injections

You must also have the following

  • 2 to 5 years + Experience in construction and supervising
  • White Card
  • You must have a Rendering/Concreting background
  • Private Transport
  • Reliable Construction References
  • Ability to successfully pass a Medical and Background check.
