The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Principal Analyst to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

Provide specialist advice to the Divisional Management teams and other stakeholders on operational and performance related matters
Support the delivery of timely responses to requests for data, analysis and reports within the Divisional management team
Lead in the development and management of the Gold Coast Health's performance framework
Deliver timely information to frontline staff to support core operational functions and processes

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (clinical or non-clinical) would be well regarded
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against
COVID 1
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

About Us
The Commissioning, Analysis and Reporting Services department operates within Financial Services Division.

Although each team has their distinct accountabilities, the units work together to manage the efficient flow of analysis, reporting and data which informs critical strategic, operational and funding decisions the Hospital and Health Service.

Based at Southport.
