The organisation is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their amazing team in Strathfield. They are looking for someone that has drive and a great can-do personality. If you are interested in joining a growing company in a growing industry, this is your chance.


The Role
This role will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with the opportunity to grow internally.

As an administrative/receptionist your duties will be:

  • Supporting client service delivery through the provision of excellence in administrative support to maintain good customer service for all the clients.
  • Support the organization to maintain effective communication between clients or their representatives, Support Workers, head offices, and visitors to the Sydney HQ.
  • Proactively managing the daytoday tasks associated with office procedures in Sydney HQ.
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Providing administration support to CEO and Executive leadership teams.
  • Using CRM and 3CX information to ensure quick answers to calls and record all information accurately.

About you

  • Previous experience in Reception and Admin in a professional/corporate setting.
  • Represent and be the face of the business by displaying personal conduct that is welcoming, efficient, and professional.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, customers, and employees of all levels.
  • Dedicated team player and can work well alone.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.
