This role is within the market leading specialist Corporate & Institutional Health team.

The Health business includes clients in sub-segments covering aged care, retirement living, land lease communities, hospitals, health REITS, diagnostic imaging, allied health, childcare and community care.

What will your day look like

The Associate Director - Research & Analysis role will manage the client facing credit management of the high growth Queensland Health portfolio


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client performance & risk evaluation & industry research & mitigation strategies
  • Drafting an reviewing credit papers and exercising Credit Approval Discretion (where appropriate)
  • Overseeing ongoing credit monitoring agenda, including financial analysis, risk grade event management and quality assurance processes
  • Liaising with clients on transaction structuring and ongoing credit reviews
  • Liaising with credit executives on an ongong basis
  • Deal documentation
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Be highly organised and structured in their approach to client management
  • Be willing to build an external and internal network to provide industry knowledge and insights
  • Ability to negotiate complex financial alternatives
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
