Site Co-Ordinator
The Company:
This State of the Art Steel Supplier has over 20 years' experience in manufacturing products for the Australian construction industry.
They specialize in manufacturing a series of unique lightweight steel building components used in the construction of steel framed homes & commercial buildings, providing builders with pre-assembled house frames.
The Role (training provided):
- Assist Site Manager with quoting, project management, materials purchasing, quality checks, coordinating schedules and activities to effectively manage projects from North Brisbane to Caloundra.
- Assist with managing budget of allocated projects to ensure purchases match quotes provided, invoicing, variations, claims and payment schedules are completed on time
- Regularly report progress on each project and quickly communicate delays and concerns with the Managers as required. Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
The Person:
- 3 years+ onsite working experience within building construction
- Careerfocused with the aptitude and ability to learn the skills and requirements of Site Coordinator, with a view to advance into Management longterm.
- Good communicator across all levels of the construction industry
