- Setting up IT workstations
This position requires an experienced and customer focused IT Support Officer to provide IT support to staff returning to office with support activities ranging from assisting with tickets/O365 migration and a laptop refresh rollout.
Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows 7, Skype for Business, Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Analyse incidents and service requests for correct prioritisation, classification and initial support requirements.
- Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in 1st and/or 2nd level technical support in ITIL Helpdesk environment.
- Excellent customer service skills. This is a customer facing role therefore a professional appearance is a must.
- Excellent Windows 10 and Office 365 ecosystem knowledge, including Skype for Business & Teams client troubleshooting skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem
- An understanding of corporate networks and basic network troubleshooting
