The Role
As a Full-Time online Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service both online and over the phone to JD Sports customers.
You will also be responsible, however not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:
- Deal directly with company customers either by telephone or electronically across all channels, including but not limited to: Zendesk, Afterpay, Paypal, Social Media, Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting
- Meeting/exceeding individual KPIs
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle & resolve customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution
- Help fulfil customer orders via multiple channels & systems to ensure orders are complete
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt & efficient manner
- Respond to requests with a knowledgeable & helpful approach
- Liaise with internal departments to solve customer requests and inquiries
- Record details of inquiries, comments & complaints in the appropriate systems
Who You Are
- 13 years in a similar role
- Previous experience in online customer service ideal but not required
- Previous experience in retail customer service
- Proven experience in online customer service ideal but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Actively seeks and explores customer feedback
- Proven experience dealing with customers and committed to completing and following process
