Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join the Payroll team in Perth.

Reporting to the Payroll Lead, this role is responsible for preparing and assisting the payment of wages, salaries and associated activities.

This role would suit an experienced and dedicated payroll professional who enjoys a challenging, rewarding role within a well supported team.

The Perth office is strategically located by the Airport (T1/T2) and boasts an impressive staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.

End to end payroll processing & associated activities
Compliance with relevant legislation
Salary disbursement
Overpayment recovery

Reporting
Integration with onboarding
More than 3 years' experience in high volume payroll
Proven experience with current software
Chris 2
Knowledge of SuccessFactors and RosterOn software
Excellent numeracy skills & ability
High level attention to detail & passion for accuracy
Experience interpreting awards/legislation
Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
