Who we're looking for:

What you'll be doing:

You will work within a specialist project team to provide expert knowledge on an operationally critical Crew Optimisation, Planning, Management, Training and Qualifications system implementation program of work.

This is an exciting project with a large team and network of stakeholders across the Virgin Australia business.

You'll be great in this role if you:

Have proven experience in aviation crew training planning, rostering or operational roles
Knowledge and understanding of Crew Employee Agreements and Regulatory Manuals
Strong stakeholder management skills
Demonstrates problem solving and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A proven ability to relate project outcomes to business benefits
