Description
Key Duties and Accountabilities:
- Support Technical Services unit to ensure effective and efficient processing of administrative matters for procurement and contract management in accordance with legislation and Departmental policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Services team covering areas such as procurement, personnel, financial and asset management issues.
- Input data and undertake searches using electronic registers and databases to provide timely advice to the Technical Services team and Managers assisting in the delivery of projects.
- Provide efficient service delivery and a professional customer service and point of contact to internal and external stakeholder enquiries
- Carry out general purchasing, processing of invoices maintenance of acquisitions, disposals and transfer of assets and completion of departmental forms in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintenance of Registers in accordance with the Financial Management Practices Manual.
- Other duties as required.
