Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing all site planned and unplanned maintenance-
Maintaining all maintenance parts and service parts stock levels-
Ensuring that planned maintenance is carried out correctly-
Planning maintenance and repairs with Production Superintendent-
Maintaining required maintenance records on site, and to Plant Manager-
Maintaining Action Drill and Blast tooling, including correct usage-
General Supervision and leadership of the maintenance work group-
Ensuring employees are trained and competent to carry out their duties-
Assisting in workforce planning-
Making sure that work is performed in an efficient and safe manner-
Being involved in continuous improvement initiatives-
Adhering to all Safety Procedures and Company Policies-
Keeping all registers up to date at all times-
Ensuring Machinery/Equipment is kept up to OEM Specifications and Compliant to Site or Company standards
