Identity Governance and Access Management Tester should hold relevant experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ technologies.
Should have worked and tested IdentityIQ features like Application onboarding, provisioning and certification modules.
IdentityIQ 8.1 or further knowledge and experience is an added advantage.
Should have knowledge for certification module thoroughly and knows all the certification phases and relevant features.
As a tester should be able to work independently and contribute to team's feature development success by testing every story part of team.
As a lead your responsibilities involved onsiteoffshore coordination, stakeholder management, business development and providing long term solutions.
Should have prior knowledge working agile model and accordingly participate in agile ceremonies.

- should have agile experience working over Jira or relevant tool for story, task, effort tracking etc.

As a tester, you should be creating test plan, design test cases, executing test cases and preparing test completion report.
Should be able to work on multiple stories from multiple teams in same sprint.
Should be able to communicate progress over stories/testing to customer and able to raise risk/issues on time.
Should participate in cross team activities for testing and able to update customer & other stakeholders timely over progress.
Should have excellent communication skiils and able to understand customer requirements.
Should work in coordination with BA, Developers, and other stakeholders.
Should posses learning skills and should have problem solving approach.
Should not only identify bug but also work with development to have a better solution in fixing.
Should be able to work as Individual contributor and when needed should lead the team for delivery.
